As is often the case, there are several people with outstanding payments. We provide 2 options in dealing with this onsite;
1. When an attendee with an outstanding payment attempts to have their e-Ticket scanned, a message is displayed informing the attendee to see the information counter as their Smart Badge cannot be printed.
2. Same scenario as above, however we can also prepare and send a separate e-Ticket eDM for attendees who have not paid, indicating that whilst they are registered, their e-Ticket will not be valid (and therefore won't print a Smart Badge) until payment has been received. This can be completed prior to the event, or onsite. This will carry and additional e-Ticket cost of $240.
