Whilst engagement score is a useful first-line of information regarding attendee behaviour, understanding their deeper interests ensures you are more effectively targeting your customers by speaking to them about content/products/services they are interested in. Segments are typically aligned with industry type, or product/service offering i.e. SMB, Enterprise, Government, etc. Event content is then aligned with each of these segments. The following event areas can then have proportionate values attributed to each;

  • Sessions
    • Session Related Content
  • Exhibitors
  • Touchpoints
    • Event content
    • Item Collection

By splitting scores across segments, you are better able to determine which areas an attendee scored highest in, thereby arming you with information on what products/services to speak to that individual about.
