Product support for the Live Engagement Platform is provided online within the platform. The team supporting you will include your Jomablue team members and be supplemented the rest of the Jomablue team via online chat.


We regularly add new features and improvements to Jomablue. The majority of which will happen without you knowing or without you being interrupted. From time to time we may place a message inside the platform to let you know of small windows of time outside of business hours where we may apply updates.


We will also add you to the distribution list for announcements which will be made monthly via email.
